I have used Webroot for years. I am confident in its expertise in protecting my computers. It is more expensive than one I've been thinking about changing to, but due to the "no problems" with Webroot all this time I'm reluctant to change to an unknown!
It was great he seem to do everything that wasneed to be done. That part was very well done. When I went to look at my account in the afternoon I could not. I think the computer did not remember the password used by your guy. I have. Not tried again. I need help!!!
The product is great. The issue is renewals. I renewed two months ahead but was constantly emailed about renewing. Even on the day of expiration my renewal did not go into effect. Apparently, I had this problem last year, unknowingly renewing twice for the same device. Too many issues involved.
I would recommend this to a friend!
