They con you into auto renewal, which is always more expensive to renew than just purchasing the software again when it expires. They try and justify it by saying it's not safe to let your software lapse. The software is good though, but I will consider alternatives in the future because of their insistence of auto renewal which you can't turn off without contacting them and getting them to do it. There is NO LOYALTY programme, we are merely just money to them.

My experience renewing the Webroot subscription has not been great. After renewing it, I continue to receive solicitations to renew. This creates confusion and a lack of confidence that the renewal was completed correctly.
