Generally, I was happy with Webroot/Geek Squad's help. Each person was polite and tried their best to help. The one negative I encountered was that each of them was somewhat difficult to understand, and I had to ask them to speak MUCH more slowly so I could understand them...which they did. Ultimately, we "appear" to have resolved the issues...I think!
I have already purchased it and it s running in my computer, but I keep getting a message every time I turn it on telling me it has expired, and I need t renew. Aggravating to say the least.
Each morning after this has been installed, I have a blue screen asking me to INSTALL or DELETE my Webroot program. I click on DELETE, and a couple of clicks later, I am back to normal. This is annoying! How can I remove the blue screen for good?
Gets rid of leeches that piggy back somehow in your personal Wi-Fi connection and originate outside of the USA. Now I don’t have to worry about my computer and internet getting compromised. All those that helped me through this process were excellent and extremely competent.
