With all the SPAM emails I get wanting me to renew my stuff, it's hard for me to tell if they are legit. Once I finally figured WEBROOT was a real subscription I had. Renewing was pretty easy and so far, the protection has been great. I do run a scan every night before I shut my laptop down.

WAY too complex to get product started. You should pay for it. Download it. AND it should be done. Too many options, too many "notices", too much garbage. Keep it simple. Activation is questionable. Is my software running and working or - do I have to download something again?
