If anyone ever reads these things, this is what I have experienced. The Webroot suite along with their add-ons are extremely easy to use and secure. I say that because I've had Webroot for too many years to count and never had an issue contamination.

Webroot hasnt been used in 5 years. Got a brand new debit card. Despite cancelling my plan last year, somehow webroot stole my new debit card information, and charged me anyways for a plan i never authorized and i have screen shot proof i canceled and can prove they never had my authorization to charge me. Will be following up with a lawsuit
