Webroot Application Good but management problems

Webroot has been a good experience except for two things--it is trying to have Windows look for a file that doesn't exist and this problem pops up every time I start using my computer (I can't get rid of the notice and (2) Webroot doesn't seem to know that I already have a subscription to Webroot and I got signed up to another one. I'm not sure which to cancel and will have to call to straighten things out.
