As far as I can tell, this product works the way it’s supposed to. What I don’t like is trying to figure out whether or not I’ve successfully renewed my subscription. It doesn’t seem any different in action, but I get email after email telling me my subscription has expired for weeks after I’ve spent the money and installed the product. I have no idea if it’s working or not.
Frustrating circular process that failed to move ahead several times. Failed to accept password update. Unclear what was wrong with entrys. Unable to determine which devices are covered.
LET US START WITH I DO NOT KNOW IF I AM COVERED OR NOT . MY ACCOUNT SHOW THAT I PAID FOR COVERAGE.
