They used to scan over everything and I could see that something was being done. Now I don't know what is going on. Heck... I cannot even write this without it jumping around.

Download went fine but there were no instructions on how to set up in a second pc. Then today, about two weeks later, two Webroot discs arrive in my mail with no identifying features. My current pc doesn't even have a slot for discs. What am I supposed to do with them?
