My laptop takes forever to go from one site to another since installing the web root. I will probably remove it and just accept that I learned a lesson!! This rating is not working on my phone very well either!

I am unable to install Webroot. Have tried multiple times; no luck. Unable to find a phone number that I can call to speak to a Rep. What do I do now??? Now sure when "someone" will read this review????

Weroot was extremely difficult to renew and download. I clicked on Webroot reminder a dozen times before I was able to renew. Download process took several days because directions were nonexistent. Finally, I received a CD in the mail from Webroot. First, computers do not have CD capacity anymore. Second, there were no instructions. Webroot definitely needs to work on communication.
