I have been using your product for many years, now. Since I started using Webroot, I stopped having to reboot my PC or reinstall Windows as a result of worms or viral crashes. As long as I continue to have success, I will never switch to anything else. Thanks for such a great product.

We are unable to download from websites (i.e. important work .pdf forms w/webroot browser plugin) but other than that, it has functioned acceptably. To add, after researching online, the Webroot instruction on their website to rectify this is outdated.
