Lots of trouble and time to renew, this time.

Not happy with how hard it was to renew. I was late in renewing and had lots of trouble trying to get it done. I had to replace my key code with a new one. Then, it didn't want to change. Even after my credit card was charged, I continued to get renewal warnings from Webroot. I'm still not sure if I have protection or not! I'm not sure I will renew, next time.

I apparently did something wrong because there is no indication it is working, and I keep getting messages that my computer is not protected and to “renew now.”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used Webroot since 2010 or 2011. I love it and really feel safe with it.
My one thing that disturbs me is that I can load the app on my android phone to use it there.

I would recommend Webroot. It is reasonably priced. I have had no computer issues since it was purchased three years ago. I lived in the Chicago suburbs. I am 74 years old and I appreciate a good deal.
