Your tech who helped me was great, however, I am STILL getting emails from you saying that my Webroot is expiring wven though the tech cancelled the previous TWO accounts and opened a new one in order to stop the NONSENSE emails etc. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!
Was billed in July for renewal even though my annual renewal wasn't until October. I had to get that charge removed. Then in October, I was double billed for the annual renewal which caused me to have to contact to get one of the charges removed. The product is fine, but the billing mechanism has me considering other options next October.
