We paid to renew our subscription. Renewing is just the start . . . a new version must be installed. 'Tried to follow the instructions multiple times - unsuccessfully. A RED version of the app continues to pop up on the screen that we need to renew.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I renewed my subscription on my computer but Webroot stills says to renew. I’ve tried everything to fix this problem. But it’s not working.

I have had Webroot covering my computer for 5 years and would recommend this coverage, They scan and report any and all issues. Everythjng has me never worrying about my electronics ever..
I am still seeing the Subscription expired message at boot up. How do I ensure it is protecting my computer and that this expiration expired msg goes away?
So frustrated with this software because when it running or scanning my computer stops so I can not do anything. I need to turn off my computer and start again
I am placing my trust in Webroot because my son who works in IT insists I should have it installed on my computer. So far I have had no problems since Webroot has identified potential situations that need correcting.
