I am not getting the green, yellow, and red indicators like I did before, and the process of adapting the program to my wife's Google Chrome is too complicated, so I finally just gave up.

The Webroot product is excellent and it does it's job very well. The Webroot website where you purchase (and/or renew Webroot) is a quagmire to navigate. When I logged in to renew my subscription I spent over two hours attempting to initiate the service. I finally gave up in exasperation and a few hours later it began to function as it had done previously. I don't know what caused the problem but Webroot needs to fix it.

The webroot does not show when the last time that my computer was scanned and this is very important. I do not see anything that shows the time or if there was any issues. Please tell me what the problem is.

Webroot seemed to be great at its job but I spent the money to renew and have no idea what to do next. It said it was put in a place I’m not able to find. I need to call them but have been traveling and short on time. Hope to get it sorted out.
