my account ran out 2 months or more ago, no one let me know. But I still have faith that they'll take care of me, trying to now renew my account. Lets Go!!!!
The instructions to download this were TERRIBLE!!!

It took 3 weeks from date of purchase to email confirmation of my subscription. Still do not know how to download. I continue to get notifications on my laptop that my subscription has expired and I need to renew it even though I renewed it 3 weeks ago. Something is wrong with your process of renewals and I happen to be caught up in it.

Thank you for your review. If you already have Webroot installed, you may just need to update your keycode. This should remove the "expired" notification that's linked to an older keycode.

Renewed my subscription, not only did it charge me 2x, it will not allow me to download update. Can't update it, won't allow me to uninstall. Tried customer service several times, can't speak to a human. Beyond furious with this service.
I am somewhat computer illiterate. I purchased this protection for my computer and continue receiving notifications about installing Your Webroot Protection. I have had Webroot for a long time and never had this much confusion with this program. May be my last time. I am not spending my retirement trying to figure this out. In the past it seemed much simpler to navigate. Sincerely Better things to do with my Life!
