Purchased new subscription and installed on main machine (desktop) showed installed and turned from red to green. Not the easiest to install by the way. Then installed on 2 other machines. Again not easy but they are installed. Main desktop however now shows red again, that I'm not protected and show renew when I have renewed. Very annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Called WEBROOT my question and made me feel like I could do anything. They were great. They assured me everything was OK and worked through the problem without a hitch.
Oddly I needed to setup different logins and passwords from the laptop and the androids. It did install well once i found the need to do it separately.
I paid for the subscription in full; however, the webroot scanner is telling me that my subscription has expired and my computer isn't protected. Scam !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
