I like Webroot. HOWEVER: I keep getting prompts on my computer that it has expired. ALSO, i have no idea how to activate it on my cell. I know i am not a technolicly inclined, so i guess that is the issue.
I paid for the renewal and was asked to wait to install the software. I waited for about 20 minutes and had to go to a zoom meeting. When I came back the installation feature was gone. The Webroot program is working, but I keep getting a reminder that my Webroot has expired. No matter who I call at Webroot - no one can help. They keep trying to get me to pay again. My account shows that it expires in March 2025.
I purchased the update to Webroot but it keeps telling me that it's expired. I get emails telling me that I need to install the update but when I try it tried to get me to pay again and I've already paid for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I receive unsolicited emails on topics I researched while using the Webroot WiFi software. Since I did not provide my email I think the software is not able to keep vendors from identifying me.

Renewed my subscription after getting a notice it expired. After many attempts I could not get that warning that my subscription expired to go away, nor could I find any help to correct this. Therefore, I cancelled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
