The renew subscription popped up on my screen so I purchased it. When I attempted to install/renew it keeps sending me to a page that says renew now again and again and now every time I open my computer I have the renew now screen pop up. I paid and it doesn't seem I have the protection. Very dissatisfied!

As a 72 year old man Webroot was very difficult for me to install on my computer. Instructions were not clear as they could have been. I finally got it but it took several hours to figure out.
