frequently disconnects

I am a bit concerned with how frequently this disconnects. Not terribly surprised when not using laptop, and then start it up, but during use is concerning and annoying. For example, making sure it's connected before I access accounts, but will disconnect during use while accessing various accounts. I have no issues with the internet access to these accounts, so why does the Webroot disconnect??? Doesn't make me feel very secure. I log out of accounts as soon as I see Webroot not connected, but I SHOULDN'T have to do this!!! I PAY SO YOU HAVE MY BACK AND YOU DON'T.

The software was a problem. I did install it, I think, as there is no indication that it is installed. And I keep getting notices to renew, which I did months ago. Annoying.

I keep getting text saying Webroot is installed on my computer. When I turn on my computer it says Webroot is expired purchase and update now. I went through all the steps and find it very confusing.
