I feel confident that my personal pc is protected. I would like to know as a recent renewed customer why my account status says "expired"!? I am certain that I am current\active customer and fully protected.

Super Product! Has The Best Features!

I needed something to protect my PC, and I needed mobile security too - this fit the bill. As an Android user I tend to worry about apps doing things they shouldn't and since I installed this I'm not concerned anymore. Webroot removed 2 threats from my machine when I installed it and nothings been found since.

Little to no system performance degradation

Well, I’ve tried just about every paid antivirus program for Windows 10 , with all but this one affecting my systems performance in one way or another. Webroot SecureAnywhere has not only found virus but has no impact whatsoever on my machines. Installed on 3 Windows systems. Gotta say, I’m surprised Webroot is the only one that has figured out how to do this.

The Best Security

Great product, but EVERY time I accept their 'Early Pay' offer I get charged for the New rate when I sign up ... THEN I get charged AGAIN for the regular price on their auto update when it comes due .... I will be smarter next year and not bite for a better rate ... I will be spending a couple of hours on the phone Monday TRYING to get the mess straightened out ....

I have used webroot for several years with a single virius getting through, caught 43. Webroot is the very best Internet protection I have used.

I have been using Webroot security software for about 8 years and found it to be an exceptional product for the price. The only drawback is if you decide to purchase a new license instead of just renewing when your existing software expires, as there is no tie between the new purchase and the existing license and you get a number of notices saying your protection is going to expire. There should be some way of tying the new purchase back to the older license so when it is renewed, you don't get these messages.
