So, I'm having difficulty with webroot trying to tell me that my subscription needs to be renewed when I've already done so. This is quite annoying. All in all, I'm happy with the service, but am upset by the constant notification upon start up that I am unprotected when I am fully protected upon renewal. Please address this. Thank you.
I did not need to renew. My coverage is good until May. You scammed me into thinking that I needed to renew. I called and your people said this renewal was cancelled? Was it???

Webroot is the best. Every time I get on the internet if I go in something it will let me know to go back to the begin of the page cause of viruses. I've been using Webroot for years and never had a virus.
I thought your add stated that one subscription covered two devices. I have two devices but was charged twice on one computer only and no coverage on the other. How do we fix this?
I am a senior and not all that computer literate. Webroot has done a great job of keeping me safe. The few times I DID encounter the big flashing screen, loud voice telling me to call immediately or loose my service, I called webroot customer service, got a great person who fixed everything quickly. He managed to dumb-down the explanation for me so I understood what to do. Great customer service people!
