I renewed my Webroot and got the cd sent to me.I installed it and it is still telling me my subscription is expired. I am not happy

So far, so good. I think this product is excellent.

I switched over from Norton because I was fed up with the pricing structure mainly. I was also looking for something light on resources. I think Webroot meets this expectation fully.
I love the low resource usage and super fast scan times. I was hoping for something different, and so far this is working out great!
One weak spot is that the password manager does not have an extension available for the Edge browser. The explanation is that its not open to extensions, but tons of other people have Edge extensions, so I think thats a weak excuse. This is not a big deal since I use the Chrome browser as well, but I just wanted to get that in there.
At this point I think this is a great product. Very light on resources plus very fast scan times = Wonderful!

However, many times when it updates to a new version, the real time protection doesn’t work. I’ve had to contact support many times but then mysteriously it will start working after a different update. Because it happens during its own updating its highly likely a software bug that they have for my Win 8.1 OS. I chose not to use it on my Win 10.

Hard for me to figure out

Works well

It's a great product. The only issue I have is trying to get it to connect right on my iPad. But it is awesome.
