I bought this over a month ago and it still won't install. I cannot get an actual person at Webroot to help me no matter how many times I call or email. They just send an automated email of things to do if there is an issue. I have done them all and all it does is take you to a confusing page where you have to figure out other things to install. Makes no sense. I just want a refund at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I renewed after a wonderful experience using it for the past year, then the installation of the renewal destroyed all of the warm and fuzzy feelings of security. Installation SUCKS. I STILL DONT KNOW IFCUT IS INSTALLED. IT SUCKS

Switching to Webroot was the best decision I could have made. Having cloud based antivirus protection keeps it up to date without bogging down my computer. Webroot even detected 2 threats my old antivirus program missed! Great protection at a good price.

I bought Webroot a couple of months ago and I'm sorry to say, I am not happy with this 'security'. I have actually, since that time, not only bought a new computer, but bought and put on a new Internet Security System. I must feel safe while working on my computer and I did not care for Webroot. The staff at the computer store recommended a better, safer security system and I bought that one. Also, I wasn't sure if it was valid as I KEPT GETTING MORE POP-UPS AFTER I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED OR RENEWED THE ONE I HAD. That is wrong and certainly would not want me to order anything 'extra' or to spend more money.
