I had a very bad experience with Webroot. I was trying to renew it and I thought I was talking to the geek squad and apparently it was a scam Webroot, so I lost a lot of money and I’m not a happy camper. I wish you would be able to ferret those people out, it’s not fair to people like me who trust the product and the people.

Hello, I'm sorry you are having issues with our product.
This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

I have been happy with the service until I had to renew. I did twice now with a period of a month twice. download it the renewal but I keep receiving emails about having to do it. Am I secured or not?

I have only been a customer for two months and so far happy with the service you provide for my personal computer, however I'm supposed to have coverage on my smartphone as well and have not been able to determine if my phone is also covered. This is important to me and one of the reasons I chose Webroot. That is the reason I didn't rate it with 5 stars.
