Sporadic failures on smartphones

When it is active and working it is fine Works consistently well on PC. Service has been in and out on two smart phones (different manufactures) Tech support has been good and get it working again. Just can't be sure it is dependable.

Lately I got under attack of hackers, who deleted whole Outlook datas and wrote me an angry letter with money demand. After that I started to look for protection against such attacks. One of my friends suggest Webroot and Im happy so far. Protected
