It slows my internet, can't get on my steam gaming platform to play, can't get on Facebook. And software won't download on my tablet. Not happy with supposed protection since I don't have it.

I’m frustrated because I keep trying to install the software and I keep getting messages warning me I need to install it. Can’t tell whether it’s installed or not.

I couldn't log on. Had to create new password and security questions. Still couldn't log on. Not going to waste any more time on this. Life is too short. Will not renew.
