i purchased and renewed my account and my webroot says expired still after I put in the account key code. Now callled your office and cant get a representative and your automated service jus tells me to renter the key code again??

I apologize for the inconvenience you're facing with the activation code. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.
