Hard for a non-geek to install into a MacPro. I kept using YouTube but it didn’t get me correct info bc it was PC not Apples. But got on website, filled a form & got info for a MacPro. I thank the tech guy who made it much easier. Now working perfectly.

problems with opening and accessing computer

i have had consistent problems with downloading and using the software for both my desktop and laptop. it often tells me that webroot is expired and the pop up doesnt go away, it only allows you to renew or uninstall and wont let me shut down or restart with the popup present. i have to hit the power button and reopen computer

After renewing Webroot and talking to a customer service representative I am still getting alerts that I need to renew/install Webroot. This is VERY frustrating.
