I am not sure what product I have, but as of now great. The only thing I would like is having green dot indicating a safe login. You provided this a month or so ago. Can you start that back up?

Hello, I'm sorry you are having issues with our product.
This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.
