Great product, but I keep receiving emails that say action is needed to install the protection and my devices are not secure. When I click on the webroot icon it shows account active, but in a separate box it indicates my subscription has expired and to renew now! Can you resolve the issue?

I am still confused if I am signed up. It was totally confusing trying to download the app, at one time I had downloaded 2 times and was charged for both. One of those was credited but I don't know if it is working. Could you check and see if I am signed up and it is working properly.
