My HP laptop is still popping up messages to "renew Webroot because it has expired" even though I purchased and installed the renewal over a week ago!! Webroot is installed and appears to be running, so not sure why I am getting this message.

After installing webroot I still get you subscripton has expired notices. I called the help number and got a recording that was veryfast, I listened to it four times trying to write down what to do. After the fourth time the blasted recording hung up, very frustrating. You need to have a real live person , not a machine to help people. Iam still getting that expired renew now everytime I open my laptop. I have spent hours trying to get rid of it.

i never have to worry about a virus Webroot will cover me. I have Webroot on my cellphones and laptop. i trust them the best protection money can buy.
