I have used Webroot for the last 9yrs. I have tried other programs and they just didn't work right. I ended up going to Webroot and have been extremely satisfied.

I had webroot before with no problem and it expired as I did not get a notice to renew, which I did and now it somehow is slowing my computer down at times???

I can not get it to work & am tired of trying. I would like a refund. You sent me a disc but my computer does not have a place for a disc so it is no good to me. So please refund.

The process for renewal was confusing. Received a disc in mail with no instructions and had to call to see if this was indeed from them and should I download. After a couple of calls where I kept being transferred in their automated system and then kicked off. I finally went to “sales” where I got a human voice and very helpful person.
