Would not load on my tablet.

I tried putting the mobile app on my tablet. After installing the app it told me to log in, but it wouldn't accept my login information. I sent an email to find out what to do, but never got a response. What good is it, if it doesn't work or accept your login info. I had to remove it from my app and ended putting Look out on my tablet for security. Mobile app doesn't work. I have webroot on both of my PC desktops, and I love it. I thought, since my subscription was good for 5 devices that I would load it onto both of my tablets, but as I wrote above, the mobile app is less to be desired.

Never an issue

When a product like this is so good that it sits in the background and you hardly ever notice its there. Seems counterintuitive but if you never have any issues then the product works. No issues = 😁
TERRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE AND ACCESSING PORTALS! HAD TO REPURCHASE(!!!) SAME APP THREE TIMES BEFORE THE PASSWORD OR RECOVER PASSWORD LINKS WOULD ACTUALLY FUNCTION AND ALLOW DOWNLOADING OF "RENEWED" COPY OF APP TO NEW IPAD. TERRIBLE!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
