I thought that I had purchased a 2-year membership, then another for one year. I got two cd's from you for some reason, and then multiple messages saying that my computer was not protected. In the meantime, I noticed 4 downloads from you that were identical. So I guess now my computer is protected???????????????? But for how long? I think it expires on Feb.9, 2024, but who knows.

I love Webroot security program. It is so easy to install and while other friends have had problems with their antivirus program, I have had none. Other programs have kept their printer from working because it was blocking it and other programs that they enjoy were blocked. I am very satisfied customer and have had Webroot for several years now.

Webroot is driving me nuts. I get notes like this one that says I'm signed up for another year but I'm still receiving "reminders" to renew my subscription to Webroot. Get your act together.
