I thought the web site was a little confusing when I bought my renewal. I checked on the box that I thought was just for the renewal, but that button actually also included a disc (for $10 more). I guess it was my fault, but I felt deceived,.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love webroot But I hate the change they made to cellphones. *Always making me re-enter my information, *there's always a problem saying it's about to expire when I just renewed I really wish they would go back to the way webroot use to be I never have a problem withhh my laptop, and before this change to cellphones I never had 1 complaint with webroot. But this is so frustrating I've considered leaving webroot, and so have other friends and family members. YOU REALLY NEED TO CONSIDER GOING BACK TO THE WAY WEBROOT WAS BEFORE ON CELLPHONES.
