I signed up for Webroot approximately 2 weeks ago, yet am still getting messages that my subscription has expired when I load the Webroot scan. Also just received a popup stating the same thing. Why is that? Surely you can do better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

1) Download webroot on the computer using our official download page: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wsa-installer-download
2) Open the software, click the "cog/settings" icon
3) Go to "My account"
4) Add the subscription code that you received upon purchase to the my account section
5) Your account should now be fully active on the new laptop!
