I signed up for Webroot approximately 2 weeks ago, yet am still getting messages that my subscription has expired when I load the Webroot scan. Also just received a popup stating the same thing. Why is that? Surely you can do better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.
We're more than happy to help you with this by reaching out to our free support through a ticket or over the phone.
The software is excellent I have been using it for years and have had no virus trouble Webroot is light on computer recourses You hardly know it is there
Doesn’t work - wasted my money. I have registered the program several times however it does not recognize me as a member. I noticed you got my money with no problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1) Download webroot on the computer using our official download page: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wsa-installer-download 2) Open the software, click the "cog/settings" icon 3) Go to "My account" 4) Add the subscription code that you received upon purchase to the my account section 5) Your account should now be fully active on the new laptop!
