I was told in a chat that I was buying a 2-year subscription. Now it appears it's only 1 year. Why?
I keep getting the same email telling me I need to install. On the phone I'm told everything is fine. Why?
I paid for Secure Anywhere on my phone, but I don't see the app. Why?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This app refuses to install on my android. I keep coming back hoping for an update that works. Instructions are useless. I pay a lot for this it works on my laptop, the only reason I don't request a full refund. MAKE IT WORK FOR ANDROID AND MAKE IT SIMPLE TO INSTALL. BRING BACK THE OLD APP. The new web based thing is garbage to install.

I'm not a "self taught" or "just follow the prompts" type of person. If there is no "well done" or "everything is completed", I have no idea if I installed the program completely. I just hope it is working like it should.

I want a refund immediately!!!
Your indicator kept giving a red alert warning that I needed to renew for 2 weeks after I renewed. I called several times and left messages but no one ever got back to me regarding the problem, so I deleted the program from my PC, and went with anther AV product. For less money, all of my devices are covered and running faster - with a product that has a higher effectiveness rating than yours.
Please process my refund ASAP! Thank you.
