I purchased a webroot product, but have not been able to traverse the web site to find out how to get it downloaded. To make things worse there is no way to get a rep to talk to. Remember not all customers are internet savvy.

It was suggested i use this security for my personal computer by the IT guy at work, instead of Norton or McAfee. So far we’ve been happy with the protection.
I could never use the program. The website where I needed to insert the key code to start was always unavailable to me That is why I canceled the purchase I'm waiting for my money to be returned Thanks anyway

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

Horrible onboarding. I paid and that was easy but tried to download and use and its beyond confusing-downright criminal. I tried emailing support, chatting with support and nothing has been resolved. They seem to hate customers. Help.
