The security app seems to work fine and I've used Webroot for several years, BUT it supposed to cover 3 devices and I had to pay a second time in order to get my third device covered. I'll be shopping elsewhere when this year of service ends for sure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can't figure out how to install it. It seems to be working, but I keep getting messages to renew and install. The disc came and that is also no assistance in the installation.

Not as good as Norton but I am stuck for 2 yrs before I get my Norton. Was told over and over Norton was making computer slow. Nope, computer still as bad as ever.

I have subscribed to Webroot for years and in the past automatic renewals have been efficient and easy. This year renewal process was not automatic. It was confusing and certainly not intuitive! It was time wasting and frustrating!
