This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

I tried to renew straight through the internet. My computer does not have a DC player in it. Also, because there was no indication that I had successfully ordered it, I tried three times. Hence, I now have 3 charges and 3 useless CD's. I won't be using Webroot again.

Hello,
I'm sorry you didn't want the CD for your software, it is an optional selection at checkout and you don't have to pay for it. Most people just download the software and paste in the keycode.
