1) Download Webroot on the computer using our official download page: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wsa-installer-download
2) Open the software, click the "cog/settings" icon
3) Go to "My account"
4) Add the subscription code that you received upon purchase into the keycode field
5) Your account should now be fully active on your computer!

Could not get the program to download and then sending a disk which may be good for some units gives me no way for loading it either.
