Have not had to use it yet that I know of. Writing a review is hard because of that. I did have some problems getting my subscription originally. I was charged twice last year and never was able to get one of the charges refunded. I was sent a DVD which was not my intention of doing. I did not know what I was doing, and help was not good when signing up for Webroot last year. So, my feeling towards Webroot is negative right now. If I get a refund that would definitely change my opinion. Let's hope if I have a problem and Webroot takes care of it that would also change my attitude. Like the idea I am getting a reminder of getting a new subscription of this year.

Protection and ease.

I tried several antivirus and Webroot has one of the best feature which is their cloud system. No more update failure nor forced reset since they use their updated cloud 24/7. In comparison to Bitdefender and Nod32 they always require me to restart and sometimes it fail to update. I also like the web protection which is actually working, other brands don't show site details as much as Webroot (green check on Google search).
The downside I could say is they have a very bad interface. It looks like a cheap app, considering their price is more expensive than the other brands.
Customer support is topnotch too, they do reply and really provide a solution.
