I am having trouble loading the software. My computer states that my subscription has expired. When I log into my account it tries to sell me another subscription. I emailed your help desk for a solution and no one got back to me. If you’re not going to help me resolve this issue I would like a full refund.

I was trying to renew a subscription to another service. Followed a link that led me to Webroot. Thought it was a new name. Renewed!!??? No! I was subscribed to Webroot and have been trying to cancel ever since. It has been a month now and I am still not sure if I have severed my connection!

I love the product, but had a hard time down loading it and getting help thru geek squad. Once I was able to get one of the techs at Webroot to help me it was all good from there. His name was Josh and he was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable about the product and how to help me. I really appreciated his help, we need a lot more people like him! Very good customer service and people skills!!
I've been using Webroot products for more than four years now. I'm impressed with the level of protection and the response to update. I trust the cloud access addition to the updates/etc will inevitably add to the level of high level of protection!!
