There’s no way to speak to real person. The only way is if you are buying the product. I haven’t been able to download what i need to. My product still says expired.

My computer had a “phishing” compromise and I did not know what to do. I remembered my Webroot subscription had expired on that particular computer and after a live chat upgrade my computer was fine, like nothing had happened to it.
I'm still attempting to install my renewal of Webroot...since Aug. 1st....still no luck. I've had more than one key code, but it never installs. Last notified your office on Aug. 11th. When and if I ever get it installed, I will certainly do a review!!!

This product will save yourself a freight train full of trouble! I have had seasonal bank fraud, identity fraud, and tons of account information stolen. From 2012 I have had issue’s but now as of 3 years ago I have had nothing but pure safety.

Renewal difficulties

Great protection but renewing is confusing and prompts customers to repeat renewal process again and again.
It is reliable but a bit annoying. I’ve alert reviewed for this year but I keep getting pop ups telling me that my subscription has expired. Not sure how to stop this.

Not the product I was hoping for

The last Webroot I had, I was able to clean up files and check the hardware. The one I have now does not do that. Very disappointed.
