I thought I renewed my subscription. Then you sent a disc but there is no place for a disc on my computer. Am I protected?

Buying & reactivating it was the easy part. Now you keep sending me e-mails saying I haven't installed it, when in fact I have. Both of my computers show that I have 344 days left on my Webroot Account. Hopefully you will get your act together and quit spamming me.
