Can't use other seats. Won't let me. Says they are already used. Can't even load my new subscription onto the computer I bought in on, the current subscription was still active and it not only did not renew automatically, it now says that activation code is not available because it is already used. So that computer is sitting there with an expired subscription. Not user friendly. Never had this problem before, had this for years. Frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked okay on the desktop but won't install on new laptop. Sends me in a loop. Doesn't recognize existing password or email. Very frustrated with this product.
