Protection as advertised!

Webroot was recommended to me for my home PC and personal laptop by one of our IT guys at work. Not being a tech savvy IT type myself, this appears to be working flawlessly.
As you note, I have paid for my subscription. But on my computer it says my subscription has expired. Please assist me in correcting what I have paid for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I thought that this protection would load and I would be all set and secure. Downloads and app installations are required and I cannot get this to protect my computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs some more development.

Five stars for laptop operation. Works seamlessly and seems to provide the promised-for security. Zero stars for smartphone. I have a Galaxy 10 and it simply fouls up operation after about ten minutes. Logs on fine, then basically locks up the phone after a couple "sleep/turn on" cycles.

I bought this to protect my computer and my boyfriend and my Apple iPads. But when I tried to install this on my iPad, I found out that webroot and Apple devices aren’t compatible, so basically I’m only able to use one of the three security coverages I paid for, which is frustrating. I wish I had known that ahead of time. My computer seems to be running smoothly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
