I have used Webroot in the past & am completely satisfied with the service, however, I am awaiting an answer to figure out why I see so many dates of renewal on my account. I feel that I should be due a refund if I have purchased more than once. It looked like my renewal was successful but many times I still receive it is time to renew. Please help.
