It’s impossible to download. I keep getting emails that I haven’t installed it. No place to put the new key. I don’t know if it’s active or not. My computer tech installed it the first time and I have no idea if it’s working. I do know I paid for it but beyond that not a clue

I love webroot, however, my one complaint is I am signed up, paid for and even had geek squad check to make sure it was running yet I am still receiving emails that my webroot is expired. Pretty frustrating! Please fix!

The app itself is good, but the instructions to exe were below standard. when I tried to install I kept being taken back to upgrade my service and wasn't sure if the install took or not. Then I kept getting emails stating I needed to renew even though I already had, which made me unsure if I had installed via the download or not. I then tried with the CD that was sent to me and the same issue happened. It appears to be installed as it indicates a recent scan.
