The product is ok. I believe it works ok and works fine on PCs and Laptops. It does not work well on Macs. To load the product on my Mac I needed to call tech support. Tech wanted to “remote in” and change settings. I was not willing to let outsourced, out of country and a language barrier tech dept work on my Mac. This will be my last purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
